    Hi Adan,

This is really great stuff. Weekly reviews have always been the aspect of GTD that I don’t feel I’ve mastered. The tutorials are great and it’s nice to see how other people manage their GTD process. I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve linked to this post from my blog, as I thought it was worth sharing.

    Hi Adan
I came to this site via your Youtube posts on the weekly review.
Most informative review I’ve seen so far. Terrific job!
Question for you…I noticed you use both Evernote and Toodledo.
Did you try to incorporate GTD in your Evernote? Just curious about how you arrived at 2 systems.
Thanks and looking forward to your Future posts

      Hi Mike

      Thanks for your comment.
I’m glad you could get some value from my presentation.
      To address your question.
The reason i use toodledo and evernote is in the systems behind them.
Toodledo syncs with my iphone’s pocket informant, which gives me huge control over my tasks, combined with my calendar,
including reminders, folders, and a quick / “task” oriented way of capturing.
Plus I only use it for tasks and calendars.

Evernote is more for taking notes, ideas, checklists.

I’ve heard a lot of people using evernote succesfully for gtd but i’ve never really
have had the necessity to switch so far.

I’m curious about how other people use it though,
if you have any links to resources or anything like that i’m very open to new ideas to incorporate into my systems.

Another reason i arrived at 2 systems was that i started gtd way before evernote existed, so i
got very focused on a “task” management style system, including outlook and other task management software.

      Have a great one mike!
